Recipe of the Month: The New Old Fashioned
1 oz rye whisky
1 oz cold brewed coffee
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
orange slice (dehydrated or candied)
2 maraschino cherries
Stir with ice. Strain over fresh ice in tumbler. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel (bright + bitter) or candied orange slice (for a juicier citrus kick).
